SILVER STANDARD

The Silver Standard is our most popular selling tractor. This involves a 70+ hour
remanufacturing process and this is carried out to the following standard:

Check and service the front axle, using new parts where required.
Rebuild engine with new pistons, rings, liners, gaskets, reconditioned cylinder head.
Rebuild clutch assembly.
Check and service gearbox and replace parts where required.
Rebuild hydraulic pump.
Check and service brakes fitting new parts as required.
Rebuild hydraulic linkage.
Shot blast and resprayed.
Fit new wiring loom, clocks and gauges, new starter and dynamo also fitted.
New tyres fitted all round.
Dyno test. This checks the engine and PTO performance and power.
Hydraulic lift test. This will test the power of the hydraulic system.
Road test. This tests the steering, brakes and gears.
